Remove the business account tab if a user doesn't have a business account

It just clutters up space by adding a blank tab. I feel it would be better to have it only on those who have a business account.

In our migration to XF2 one of our plans is to completely retire our existing business accounts system and instead opt to have business threads and business resources. If you’d like to read more about this, please do so here: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/571766/

Since this suggestion is about our current system which is soon to be discontinued in our migration, we won’t be making this suggested change.
