Remove the top view banner for Premium and Supreme users

This banner is absolutely atrocious, it was not available for viewing prior to now, and it should remain that way as it is ugly, out of place and generally terrible. I am aware that the removal of ads from premium users does not include local ones. But this topbar banner is so painfully ugly.

Shouldn't even be seeing it regardless.

It's a banner across the top of the page, and in premiums description, it says "Remove top and bottom advertisment banners".

Therefore shouldn't be there.

This happens from time to time, it's just a bug.

Yeah, this is a bug occasionally but has now been fixed.
