ShockByte is really cheap and good for starters. But their Addons like Default port is expensive.
If you're a bit more experienced or have someone who knows how to deal with Linux, then I'd suggest you to get a VPS at OVH.ie, you can get 2GB one for 3.65€ a month (every VPS includes Default port 25565, so there's no extra cost)

I believe they only offer US locations.Have you tried ShockBytes,don't own it,don't know if it features all of what you need but it might come in handy

Go for OVH.ie, 3.65€ a month for 2GB VPS is like free. If you'll need someone to setup the VPS for you I can do that in exchange for a vouch.
