Unless you have permission to use and sell this build which you haven't stated and or if this is your build, you should post proof that it is built by you otherwise, you shouldn't be selling this.

What people are basically doing by selling builds on here is selling a license to use said builds, unless otherwise specified. What you're effectively doing is selling a license that you do not have. If you do have permission, no problem. Until that point, we have to assume you do not, and that anyone who buys it could get in trouble for using it since they wouldn't have the right to.
As a result, without the certainty that using it won't give trouble, buying this is not attractive in any way unless people are confident they will never be found out.
