just find a good friend or family member to work with you on it rather than some random person whos never going to help you or trust you.

With 6+ years of experience of running servers and managing them as a business, finding anyone willing to put forward that kind of money is unheard of especially without any kinda proof that you can put forward those kinda numbers yourself or not known in the general Minecraft community. Trying to find someone here is not going to work and never will when trying to acquire large transactions like that. Your best bet is to find someone you know personally in real life. If you don't have anyone in real life willing to do a project like this, you are shit out of luck my friend, sorry to say !
