1) You should be able to delete licenses. It might not seem like a big deal, but setting a license as "inactive" in the Seller Dashboard still counts as a "purchase" for a resource, meaning your resource's purchase count stays the same

2) Disallow users from creating reviews after their license has been set as inactive. If you refund a user or decide to revoke their license, they can still make a review on your resource if they've downloaded it.

My main point here is that you should be able to completely remove a user from your resource, not just remove their ability to download the resource.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Wouldn't people just ban people who say the product isn't what they expected just to get 5 star reviews?

I guess so, but MCM could make that punishable (if the user could provide proof of the abuse). If you have a better idea of how it could be implemented, please let me know.

We'd always need to keep the license entries for logging/download tracking purposes, so an option like this would be superficial as it'd have no effect if the license was already inactive. Also, I don't believe the purchase count should decrease - a purchase still took place, the resource attracted someone sufficiently for them to commit to a purchase, even if the license was later disabled or deleted.

In regards to reviews, currently, users are able to place a review on any version of a resource that they've downloaded. This seems quite fair to me, since having an active or inactive license should have no effect on your opinion of the product itself. Implementing a restriction like this will cause issues with subscription-based licenses (which have license expiry dates), and would make it far easier for authors to censor purchasers who've had a bad experience with the product or support provided by the author.
