Removing Positive Rep?

I have 2 neg reps i've been trying to get removed for almost a year now and just today got a response and they were denied instead I got 4 of my pos rep removed

All the ones removed were just vouch copies of a product I was selling

Well then maybe those were lacking details.
Lack of detail would be:
"Vouch!"
"Vouch. Smooth transaction"
etc.
Tell your customers to give more detail, like:
"User sold me a fortnite account, smooth deal, do not hesitate to deal with".
That won't be removed.

If those reps didn't lack detail in them, then I'd suggest opening a support ticket.
