Rename and a Report Plugin

Hey there I am Dan and I currently own the server Phyre. We have been gathering custom plugins for the server and I am looking for two more. In return you will receive, a vouch on here, reputation on here (with a nice message), a rank on our Discord and in-game when the server releases (donation rank). There is no confirmed release date as of right now however we will get your rank to you as soon as possible.

It is your choice with which one you are interested in to make (or even both).

Version: Both plugins should work smoothly with 1.7/8.

Colour for any commands are mainly light grey however the server is a purple themed colour therefore anything important in purple. We can discuss colours in more detail at a later date or even have them changeable.

PhyreRename:
Our server is an OPFactions server and renaming your axes/swords is a popular thing too do as it looks really nice on kill and also in your inventory/base. We would love our own rename plugin as we would prefer not to use public plugins. The renames in this plugin should only work on diamond axes and diamond swords (obviously they would be enchanted so don't forget to make it so you can't rename enchanted things). Players should be able to use the Minecraft formatting codes (http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes) so they can have a cool looking name (https://gyazo.com/a83ce7199a9f9b09c44b247edbb63b65). To use the rename you will need a permission rename.use therefore we can only give this to donors, any admin commands could also have there own permission. This is just a brief explanation we can discuss things in further detail later and you can tell me how to use the plugin and I will put in my input.

PhyreReport:
This is just a reporting system, players can do /report [name] [reason] and then it will alert staff members which have the 'recieve' permission. There will be no GUI for this plugin however you will have to put in a written reason. Reports should have a cool down of two minutes per player therefore moderators will not be spammed. This is just a brief explanation we can discuss things in further detail later and you can tell me how to use the plugin and I will put in my input.
