Rename Items Plugin

Hello,

So I'm looking looking for a plugin that will rename items at any moment and time.

For example. I'd like to change the name of Mushroom soup to "&6First Aid Kit" and I want this to happen every single time I get one out of creative, etc.

Anyone help me find this if it's on the market or on spigot ? Thanks !

Is this 1.8 compatible? It does not seem to show in 1.8

When there's no item in a slot its null.
