Rename the suggestion section to "You make suggestions, and then you fight for a few weeks in them before Mick makes a decision (probably denied, because you all make bad suggestions).
Edit: Or "You make a suggestion, then your thread turns into a flame war before I come in and say something (probably denied, because you all make bad suggestions".
