Render bug when on mobile (narrow screen)

This seems to happen when viewing a thread on a very narrow screen; First noticed this when I upgraded to an S9 today, but not sure if this has been around for a while. Just seems like there's no/very little padding.

I don't particularly understand what the problem with that screenshot is. Since it is a narrower display it is necessary to remove some of the padding just so that everything will fit and line up nicely.
