Does anyone have really good 240fps or more renders and recording settings?

If so please respond to this thread, thank you.

uh
record 240fps
go into sony vegas
render with smart resample into 60fps, whatever resolution you record in
i wasn't aware there were other ways to do this (other than force resample vs smart resample)
