▌TERMS OF SERVICE ▐▌ UPDATED 1/5/2018▐

• My due-date and quality expected from my portfolio would not be affected other than during occasional events, urgent issues or anything ongoing to be resolved/solved.


• NOTHING relevant regarding toward scams of any methods, including one of the many that are: Chargebacks, refunds, half-to-half payments, payment after receiving content given.

This ToS is bound upon agreement, any description/ToS included MAY prior to change. Notices given when requested.


• Prices stated are also due to the quality of the build/content requested.
Prices are/may subject to change or incur upon difficult edits/tasks after-sales.


• Content you have purchased are strictly NOT refundable, unless prior to the deal we have pre-agreed with, incurs an error/fault/mistake. This will be resolved if it occurs.


• Upon a scam or a cancellation of a content, I have my rights to redistribute the content you have ordered for.


• Upon paying upfront and you wish to cancel the order, I thereby return 50% of what you have paid.
However, the ability to refund the grand total is still viable when the product's order is being cancelled within 24 hours.
However, again, do not redistribute any content you have purchased, this could possibly become a potential scam and I could have my rights to report you at will.


• Do NOT claim the content as your own, this will be unacceptable.


• Any content to be bought with $10.00 or LESS must be fully paid upfront upon confirming build/content's placement, in order to proceed for initiation of the build/content.
Upon paying upfront, you hereby agree to my ToS.


Transaction method is restricted to only PayPal, F&F or PayPal.me link(s).
NOTE: INITIAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, MINIMUM FEE IS 50%. (You are responsible to pay the taxes!)

F&F normally does not normally require you to pay taxes from PayPal. This functionality is only available in certain countries.
