PORTFOLIO: Click on Design.
Hello, everyone. My name is Jai. As shown HERE, I have extensive experience in administration and management of communities and forums across the internet. I specialize in Community/Staff/Server Management and xenForo Forum Management. I also currently work with and have worked with both Solutions/Services teams and created a Management team of my own. I also provide services on other sites and servers that are either not yet in my portfolio or are not suitable for this thread on MC-Market. Here are a few fun facts about me:
The position of a forum administrator/manager is to generally take care of the forum. This would mean setting up nodes, fixing bugs, setting up permissions and ranks, and everything else. Depending on the type of forum I'd moderate, this could very well change. On a server forum, the community manager would usually take up the job I offer as a forum manager/administrator. In that case, I would technically work at making the forums a cleaner place for people to enjoy. Removing malicious content, fixing forum bugs, etc. Certain permissions could definitely be sorted out with interested clients.
On xenForo, as many of you know, there are addons available for download. I can configure any addon, no matter it's purpose, to fit the needs of the forum. For example, I can set up a shoutbox addon with certain perms for each staff rank, etc. You'd have to download the addons, unfortunately, as I do not have a xenForo license under my user. This restricts me quite a bit, but on your forum, once downloaded, the addons can be under my control.
So, you must definitely be wondering - does this guy have any experience? I do indeed. I have taken the top 3 experiences I have ever had working on a forum and put them below. Note that some of these forums may not be found on my portfolio.
1. MineCause -
MineCause is a network of servers owned by MC-Market ChatMod Gruss. It began as a Just Cause 3 in Minecraft server, but was expanded into a network. I worked for MineCause as a forum administrator. I fixed bugs, made the forums constantly exciting to be on, and did my best. In the end, I did get a little bit busy, and a new Site Admin was hired, who is also a systems administrator. My permissions were heavily limited, and I was busy either way, so I decided to resign from the staff team.
2. SocialBIN -
SocialBIN was a social media forum owned by Croc and pm_dragon. We never exploded, but I was the administrator for this forum. I tried my best to keep us running, but unfortunately we are no longer a forum.
3. Project-X-Craft -
Prxcraft was a network owned by KevinEssence. It is no longer, but now re-directs to his newer "towny" server - CastleMC. I was employed for a short while as one of the forum moderators. I was non-executive, which means I did not have ACP access. This gave me a chance to learn the exterior staff-controls of xenForo. This was one of my first positions, and I am proud to say it definitely helped me in the long run. I was demoted/removed from the staff team due to certain private issues and large misunderstandings.
Important Information: This service is provided by me to you 100% free-of-charge. I will be online the forums whenever I can. There is no definite schedule I have, but I will be active.
Community, Server, and Staff Management:
The position of a community/server/staff manager is to take care of an entire server. This indeed includes forum administration, as well as administrating the server itself. Managers make sure the community is happy and informed, and watch over the staff team. As a manager on your server, I would make sure that everything runs smoothly, and no issues arise.
Once again, you are obviously doubting my experience. No need, I have my top three experiences below. Make note that these are not the only experiences I have had in this position, and some may or may not be on my portfolio.
1. WarfineHCF -
Warfine is currently owned by other owners, but was originally under the ownership of imTri. I worked as the manager, making sure the staff team was working properly, making sure everything was set for release, etc. Unfortunately I had to leave Warfine TWICE. I came back because a new owner, Local, had joined the team and tri wanted me back as well. Little did I know, when I left the second time, some issues came up - and Tri no longer owns Warfine.
2. CloudyRealms -
CloudyRealms is a skyblock server owned by Tyler and Uploader. I am currently the manager for this server. I am tasked with running the staff team, making forum updates, and overall just making sure that the community, staff, and owners are happy with the progress of the server. I have been working on the forums for CR quite a bit, adding some interesting new additions.
3. Vortex Management Services -
Vortex is no longer up, but I was the founder and head-manager for this amazing management "firm." We offered services as managers. Vortex was sort of like a platform for our managers to get jobs. Unfortunately, we didn't get as much exposure as we would have liked, so we shut down. During our time as a team, we started VortexMC.co, which was supposed to be a server, but we never ended up working on it.
Important Information: I will not be able to be on the server on weekdays, except for after I get home. Fortunately, I will be able to be on the forums all day. Therefore, this position is basically a joint position between Forum Administrator/Manager and Server Administrator/Manager. Don't worry, I will be active! This service is FREE OF CHARGE!

I am currently looking for a position as a Co-Owner on a server. I would provide community management in the stead of providing funds. Obviously, I can start as a lower rank or simply a manager, but I would like to work up to the rank of Owner (second owner, etc.) NOTE: This is 100% optional - I am offering standalone management positions above. Please send me a Private Message on MC-Market if you are interested in this proposal.
- Each day I learn something new about xenForo that I had no idea about!
- I am a proud member of a forum that is meant for xenForo forum administrators. I would usually go on there for some support and help, also offer it to beginning xenForo-goers.
- I owned a team of managers by the name Vortex Management Services. We recently shut down due to lack of exposure.... but it was a great experience with a great team.
