Rent an area with items shop

On my brand new 1.15.1 java survival server ( aspectsurvival.com ) I want to set up a market on my server where players can rent an area and set up a trading post to trade with other players through chests. I was going to use a pre-existing plugin for trading posts.

I need a plugin where a player can right click a sign renting an area for X days. However I want them to pay in items from there inventory. I also need a couple more features:
- set maximum amount of time a user can rent an area
- have a cooldown period after area expires
- once area expires the area goes to a schematic
- right click the sign again to expand rent period for the same amount of items
