Renting Build Server Slots

I recently bought a $2 server from BisectHosting, and it offers 6 slots but I only need one for myself. Instead of putting the other 5 to waste, I'm reaching out to all builders who need a place to build.
How it works:

• If interested, you would be paying $0.50 a month for one slot on the server.
• You can ask me to install any plugins with the exception of mini-game plugins, unless for testing reasons.
• The server is 24/7 and will run for however long I and other people need it.
• If you want to sell a build from the server it would be in a WE schematic form or world file.
• The monthly costs would be paid exactly one month from the purchase date. I can wait a day or two, but if you don't pay 3 days past your deadline, then your slot would be terminated.
• The server is hosted in Montreal, Canada.

By purchasing you abide to the following rules:

• No griefing. If you are caught, your slot will be terminated without refund.
• You will use the server for serious reasons.
• You will not intentionally crash the server, consequences same as above.
• You will not DDoS the server, consequences same as above. (And possibly getting arrested if you live in US)

If you are a YouTuber looking for a place to record, I can also accommodate that and the purchase prices would be the same. I can download any plugins that you need to record as long as it won't cause massive lag.

I don't think that $1/month is a good amount. If the server only costs $2/month, would someone not just spend an extra dollar every month to know that:
1. Their builds will be safely on their machine to not be stolen, griefed, etc
2. They can have anyone they like on the server and decide exactly who's on it.
3. They know that if the server does crash, they can instantly get it back up.

Not trying to bash you or your idea or anything like that, but just outlining a few points.

So wait. You pay 2$ for 6 slots. But they will pay 1$ for one slot on the server? And it will still not be theirs to use. And you may decide to just steal the builds and sell them, who knows?

I'm not paying $2 for 6 slots since I'm the only one who uses the server. It's more like $2 for one slot. And it will be theirs to use, what do you mean by that? I also don't steal people's builds. I know it might sound a little fishy since I don't really have a reputation here, but people can trust me.

Lol you might've actually gotten sales if you didn't say you paid $2 for it. Plus, the amount of RAM on a $2 server (1GB?) probably won't even be enough for sizeable WorldEditing.
