You say the rep system has been revamped but.

https://gyazo.com/0ff42886cdc76d6575fd44a0d4316320

Spectrum has 100 rep from just spotify accounts.

Please revamp this system once more...
& malwarebytes keys <3
Watch hes gonna pull a massive exit scam.
Imbecile. I've been on these forums since 2015, I have no intentions of pulling an exit scam. A few hundred bucks isn't worth it, waste of time and reputation overall bud. You're more likely to get banned off these forums before I ever do.
Probably T_T
nah b
I swear this guy had like 30 rep like a month ago
Probs
Omg please stop post farming you're being annoying
tru
ugh I don't know then ban the sale of free spotify accounts?[DOUBLEPOST=1547001870][/DOUBLEPOST]
In exchange for rep that is.
Could charge 1 cent per; that wouldn't make a difference.[DOUBLEPOST=1547063768][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh wow I just realized this entire thread is about me, appreciate all the love and attention kag <3

Thing is, a rep doesn't have to be given only after a successful transaction, it can be based on one's opinion of someone else, and as a friendly guy with top notch customer support service, I don't see why my gaining rep from all of that should be an issue.

Only thing that should be revamped in my opinion is as JayMC 's suggestion stated, that the numbers should once again be more visible.

gotta flex y'feel?

VC don't mean giving someone a rep, reps are for deals or for larger VCs (programs/software that aren't super cheap).

I agree with this to a degree. I feel like giving out a bunch of free stuff shouldn't allow you to easily grow to be one of the more reputable members on the site.
Just because you have a number next to your name on your profile doesn't mean you're reputable.

Reputation is how one gauges another person's trustworthiness based on everything about them; not just a number. Sorry to see your incapacity to understand this :(

You realize there a reason we are bitching about this. Its not for us, its about new users onsite who may not be on as much and understand this and deal with rep farmers. and get scammed for like 100's or 1000's of dollars.

Also if you read the rules, you can't tell people to rep you, as after he gave me a free Spotify upgrade that lasted a week, he asked for me to vouch (I forgot to, and he has every right to, that was my fault for forgetting) and also a rep (even though he said not necessary, most users who may not understand the rep system as well may feel guilted [not saying you were trying to] to rep even for something that can be found for free and most likely gotten cracked.

The McM Rep rules btw
REPUTATION SYSTEM RULES
The following rules apply to the use of the reputation system on MC-Market
9.1 Do not give reputation which is not truthful, relevant and informative.
9.1.1 Do not make any claims within your review which you are not also providing conclusive evidence to prove.
9.1.2 Do not include a member's usage of the reputation system within your own review.
9.2 Do not accuse members of scamming without linking a scam report on that member which you have started.
9.3 Do not hint, suggest, request, or imply in any way, a specific reputation rating upon yourself or another member.
9.4 Do not use reputation as a currency, reward, condition, incentive, threat or deterrent.

Not an insult, just an apology! Got a little too excited considering this thread was all about me.

Best of luck with everything, no hard feelings! <3

There is no reason as to why a new user should be less competent than an old (as in registered for a long time) user. They have the same ability to access the details of someone reputation and view all of it. I do agree, there definitely are some users who rep farm just to scam, but I can assure you I'm not one of them. :)

So why are you rep farming? 99% of rep farmers scam, and only people who enjoy McM become well know on their own merits. There is not proof you wont scam

100% correct!

You did end up leaving a vouch as the service worked; thank you for that.[DOUBLEPOST=1547065615][/DOUBLEPOST]

I feel sorry that you fail to properly read and think :(

Not quite sure what point that proves? I never said a majority of my reps weren't from spotify account upgrades.

You fail to understand that I agree with you on that point. Anyone who accesses my rep can clearly see they aren't from Minecraft accounts, plugin creation, etc.

They are quite evidently for Malwarebytes Keys, Spotify upgrades, and a few other things. This reputation shouldn't simply be nulled just because it isn't for a service you believe should deserve reputation. It shows that I am indeed reputable when it comes to providing those specific services and always carry through.

Please try to consider that, thanks!

You accuse me of being toxic? I have a right to stand up for myself when people like you come at my neck for no good reason.
So whats your point?
You didn't read... again

Seems like this really grinds your gears. Won't bother responding anymore. I'll let you continue to seethe for a bit.
