Unless the OP asks for it to be removed I can't just remove it. This doesn't violate any rules as its a valid suggestion.

If someone wants to provide a free product or service to another user then they can do that, and that is a reasonable reason to give someone a reputation in my eyes. When dealing it's always important to consider the quality of the reputation rather than the quantity.

The only easy solution I see to this problem is something that Justis has suggested a few times: removing the number value of reputation and instead having it as a system where users can go and read reviews instead of looking at a number to determine reputation.
