As short as your "suggestion" post is, it's 84 characters. Which is 14 more characters than you'd need for reputation. I think you'll be okay.
If you can't manage to do that, then your rep isn't worth anything anyways.

The limit is extremely small and removes issues of reps like “Vouch!” or “DNDW” with no further explanations. Reputations are meant to be important and should show other users why they gave it to them and why they deserve it.
