Only be able to put rep if they buy something from you /trade or if you buy or trade something from the other user etc ,as I dont care if people are racist,Toxic or assholes like that shouldn't affect deals.

Reputation is not built off of deals alone but rather your character. You can't be toxic and an asshole and not expect it to come back and bite you in the ass. You can't just disrespect people and think it won't affect you. People have the right to negative or positive reputate based off of deals AND relationships with people. Maybe not so much positive, but if someone has no negative, but is extremely disrespectful let's say I'm looking for someone to deal with, choose them, and then unhappy due to how disrespectful they are. Hi would anyone know a person's characteristics without dealing with them- when it's already too late. Reputation is not defined by a number as many people like to say, I believe it was Ivain who said it once in sb, reputation is different from person to person. I believe Sauce and RTG are reputable because I've done $200+ transactions with both; someone who has no clue who they are obviously won't, but point being I can trust some people who aren't reputable here just because I know them more. Irresponsible people I would never consider reputable, just because they're childish and could pull a scam at any point in time. I do not feel that it should be limited to transactions due to the reasons stated.

Ps. WYNOS if you apologized about it or asked for it to be removed, I would have. I did it because it was rude and different people perceive things different ways. If you didn't feel it necessary to contact me, I don't think it bothers you that much.

The current system isn't designed for personal opinions of people though. While people should be able to express those opinions and experiences, it should be separate from business reputation. The problem I do see with it is people using it for every little thing they don't like about someone or such little things that it truly doesn't matter.

This is also where I think being forced to provide proof and having the opinion-reputation approved by staff could be beneficial. Right now I coukd negative rep anyone here just because I can. All I'd have to say is "Toxic af in shoutbox" and no one will bother questioning it. My point being how easy people misuse it. Doge can easily provide good examples he's had to remove.

Reputation has the roles of Buyer/Seller/Other (basically trader) because it's designed specifically for business deals. Saying someone is immature has nothing to do with business unless it took place during a deal and made business harder to accomplish.

Side note: Personal reputation both can and can't affect business. Honestly, I can be a total fucking asshole, but I'll never let that have a toll on my business here. Some might, which is where a personality reputation section could be beneficial.

However, there SHOULD be very tight and limited allowances for non-business deals. It has to involve something about their service (like someone constantly advertising their service in others', or selling premade skidded plugins, etc etc)
Stuff like having an argument with them in SB should never be a reason for neg-rep unless its directly related to the person's business.

Well see when you do things like spam a service or waste someone's time then it's fine, like you said, where it effects someone's business or how someone attempts to start business. It's where people are like "called me a faggot" that it should just be left to reporting or another separate reputation system. I maybe should have included that. But in general we actually are on the same page.

This has been suggested in the past several times, and each time it is, it's denied.

Reputation is not just about deals, it's about how people see you within the community. We can't make a system for trade only deals, I tried in the past and it just didn't work.
