/report Plugin (Similar To Badlion)

I was thinking about putting this thread under "One-Time." But then I thought that other people might be able to use this plugin.

Anyways, the plugin I am looking for is a simple /report plugin. When a player types /report, they get a message saying: Correct Command - /report <player> <reason> And the player must be a someone that is currently online.

This plugin could have a GUI just like Badlion, I might pay a little extra for that, but it's not required.

Extra: (GUI Info) The GUI would have items with a name/lore of the hack type. Of course the items in the gui would be editable through the config. (Once again not required)

Preferred Name: Reported

Commands:
Default - /report
Admin - /reportlist
Admin - /report deny <player>
Admin - /reportlist denied <player>
Admin - /report accept <player>
Admin - /reportlist accepted <player>
(Optional) Admin - /repreload

Permissions:
rep.default - /report
rep.admin/rep.admin.* - All Admin Commands
rep.admin.list - /reportlist
rep.admin.deny - /report deny <player>
rep.admin.list.denied - /reportlist denied <player>
rep.admin.accept - /report accept <player>
rep.admin.list.accepted - /reportlist accepted <player>

I know there is a plugin called "reporter." But I don't like it, and it seems too complex.

Why did you have to mention that? He wants a plugin similar to one they use, not for your input on their staff.
