In-game commands:
/report (name) (info)
/request, /support, /helpop, /ticket (message)
/closereport (reporter's name) with a permission
/closerequest (requester's name) with a permission
When a player reports or opens a request, a Discord Bot in the staff chat will automatically do something along the lines of "@ here IGN just reported IGN for antikb" or "@ here IGN requested support: (message)"
When a staff member /closereport or /closerequest, the discord bot's message will automatically get deleted. If a staff in the discord deletes the bot's messages, perhaps the report will get closed in game too.
When someone in the discord joins the support voice channel, the bot will say something along the lines of "@ here Discord user (name) just joined the support channel."
Once they leave the support channel, that message will be deleted. (They would leave themselves or when a staff member moves them).
The point of this is so staff get notifications on their phones, sound notifications on the computer, etc, unlike other support/report programs that need a staff member looking at the program to be notified.
I'm not sure how much work this would be, if its viable, how much it would cost, etc.
