Reporting something that could be used to scam

Hi...
I've found a way to scam while buying any product via paypal (that requires manual money transfer from A to B (Typing email and sending money via it)). I want to inform you all about it so you will be aware of it, but if i do it, people will see it and try to do the scam...
Any information on how i'd be able to inform trustful people?

Guys, i've contacted paypal but there's nothing that they can do as you accept (thinking you're getting money) but it's actually payment bill, and because buyer writes terms and conditions like "The transaction above is a PayPal gift. The amount stated can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your PayPal balance. This gift is non-refundable and the vendor will be unable to dispute
this transaction.". I've never heard about this scam before, but well, i got scammed on Cs:Go.

If this is the invoice scam, it should be super easy to spot as it says it's an invoice. The only way you might not notice is if you quickly check your payments and see it there. I'm pretty sure it shows up as the amount of money in black instead of green and with a plus.

And the "terms and conditions" is some BS they write in where you're supposed to describe which item the invoice is for.

I'll try to if it's gonna be easy to black out all personal information im lazy tbh but i'll try
