When is someone classed as reputable?

What would you label the minimum amount of rep to have to be in these groups:
Slightly Reputable
Reputable
Very Reputable/Trustworthy

I agree there, it is also I think about the number of reactions, and messages you have, but yes the amount of rep is the biggest thing,

it is also important to go through the person rep and see what kind of deals they're doing, they are more reputable if they are doing larger deals.

if we had to put a number on it, I'd say 15+, 30+, and 60+ rep for each category

It really depends, a guy with 20 +reps could have 20 friends who just +repped him for nothing.
I'd say it is all about being active and being nice at all times in my opinion.
