Reputation Amounts

So many people in the community including myself do deals constantly, with some people doing 3 to 5 deals to even more a day. With all these deals we do, we are only limited to 3 reputation a day and I believe that is to little. I believe that, we should be able to give more reputation a day, and this should be done by allowing Supreme Ranked people access to a couple more reputation a day or make a secret requirement like the (Private OG Section). I do not have a set number in mind, but the amount of reputations you can leave now is to little in my opinion.

Another suggestion would be, for people to file out applications that would allow them to leave as many reputations as they would like if there business pertains to it. If people were to abuse this, moderators may punish you by removing you from this feature and providing you with warning points permanently.

These are just my opinions and I'm always open for any input on anything!

I feel rep farmers would be able to farm even more with this. If you're making more than 3 deals a day only leave rep for the 3 largest or drop a rep for them the next day.

I believe it is just very inconvenient to leave a rep the next day, as people forget and as the deals roll in. As well as, if people abuse this feature, they should have their features limited. Rep farmers will rep farm, and when dealing with them, people should see what they have done in order to gain that rep. However, for what we have right now, I do not believe it's a sufficient amount.

I'm a busy person, and do many deals on the daily, and this limits me in a way.

I've been selling a lot of bitcoin recently because of the rise in it, and I've already used up my 3 reps today, and I still owe 2 more.
I think Supreme should be able to give about 5 reps a day, or there should be some other requirement for it.

That's a good proposal but then why isn't action taken against current rep farmers. I feel it'd be just as unmoderated as it is now. I get where you're coming from though. Would be a nice addition if proper steps were taken to moderate and execute it.

Also, it's pretty annoying having to set alarms just to remind yourself to rep people for a deal the previous day, plus it also stacks up.

Since I owe 2 reps that I'll have to do tomorrow, then I'd only be able to do one extra rep tomorrow, and then other deals that I do will stack up again, and it would be an annoying loop of setting alarms.

I believe rep farmers are getting their reputation fairly, it's just not all what you call, hard rep in a way? People should see, like why they were given the rep, and that usually is the case. I think it's clearly obvious to see a non reputable rep farmer, than a reputable person with a lot of rep in my opinion.

It won't since it doesn't change the amount of rep being received but the amount of rep being able to be given.

Don't think you understand how rep farming works. When you rep someone for being nice, or helping, etc. it's polite to rep them back. Hence getting the farmer more rep. Right now you can only do 3 a day and this would be increased with this. But as I said, with proper moderation and filtering this could be good.

Also making it so that asking for vouch or reputation would be a warnable offense.

Btw overall the main suggestion of this thread sounds like a good idea. I would also just want to add to it the following..

Increase rep for "Premium" +1 & "Supreme" +2 and with that remove the option to add second rep on the same user for everyone.

Essentially the Reputation is your opinion and judgment that you give for a person based on your personal, business interaction or relationship, which you are giving on him for his skills, PR, commission/deal and even kindness (which is basically how he handles people/deals/situations). And this is your overall, final statement and impressions on him.

I don't see any reason why anyone should give second rep on the same user. If you change your mind, remove the excising one and add different one.

Sorry, i think this is a bit off topic here but recently the rep system has been abused a lot and something should be done.
So ye, +1 for more rep per day but limit of 1 for giving rep to the same user and business accounts.

Id argue that premium/supreme does not make someone more trusted. Furthermore, I can not trust you but someone else can trust you. Therefore I disagree with your suggestion. Instead, perhaps make it when a positive amount of reputation is reached.

Possibly add it as a perk and give users a couple more rep for their rank.

Rep farmers do not usually have supreme.
