So since there are a consistent amount of complaints about the reputation system, I've decided to do some research on what people's complaint are, in an effort to make a more detailed and effective suggestion to improve it.
There have been many, many suggestions on this topic, but many of them have addressed only a small issue, were highly impractical or would actually have made things worse.

Please fill in this form with your complaints about reputation. Non-serious or incomprehensible submissions will be ignored. Submissions involving excessive swearing or cursing will be seen as incomprehensible.

I will use the data of this complaints form to target the main issues of the current reputation system, thinking up a proper solution.

No, I want to know about individual problemsl, for now. I've seen enough suggestions of people complaining about the overall system, I can guess most of the responses there. The purpose of this research is to have statistical data on what goes wrong with reputation, to be able to form an accurate picture of where the ACTUAL problems are, instead of the perceived problems.
