With the migration to XF2 all feedback, even if removed, is viewable by everyone. This can damage someone's reputation, I have a few feedbacks that have been removed via Feedback Disputes that I won yet they are still there.
I personally think they just shouldn't be visibile at all. It's just better, cleaner and easier.
