Reputation is still displayed

I was cleaning out reputation that I had given to banned users, yet they are still displayed in "Reputation left by nonpenguin":

The reputation page itself is gone, so they are deleted, but they're still displayed on the 'left' page.

I don't believe that this is large enough of an issue to justify a fix, but thank you for the bug report nonetheless.

I'll move this to the bug report archives.
