Reputation Limit?

I think MCM should only allow one user to post a reputation/negative or positive to only one user!.
If they want to post again, they need to remove there last reputation towards a user.

Its not actually cause just think.


You got a positive reputation from a user, later that changed into a negative one.
That's like he gave you positive and negative reps that is stupid.
And if they want to give you another reputation, they need to wait xx amount of times, before they can rep you back.
I know there's like a 24 hour limit thing in that, But that's too low.
I saw a group of friends, vouching their friend.

They gave me a negative reputation days ago, and there's no scam report filed yet, + he's no longer responding that's what stupidity is ...

They vouching each other.
