This is going to seem useless to loads of people, but for some, it's a great addition.
I've recently got rep removed from people because they've been removed from a staff team by me, or they've gotten triggered over something else, and it's very annoying when people dismiss the rep because they're sensitive asf.

The main point is, I think people should give a valid reason for removing the rep. I won't remove rep because someone fired me, I gave them the rep in the first place because I see potential in them, or they've personally helped me achieve something. For someone to remove something that could give you that little boost, is just petty and annoying.

Example:
Person B has given Person A a positive rep
"Dedicated individual, wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
Person B is the Administrator, whereas Person A is the Staff Manager.
Person B got inspired by Person A, acting as a mentor. Reasonably, Person A had to remove Person B from the Staff Team, for immature behaviour.
Person B then removed the positive rep from Person A, because they removed them. Despite, Person B giving the rep for a valid reason.

I know this seems small, but it'll prevent people from losing rep for something so little. There has to be a reason.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

More context, Person A is the Staff Manager whereas Person B is the administrator. Person B then gets removed from the staff team, for immature behaviour. Person B then gets sensitive and remove the Person A reputation, that is not valid enough. However, it's not fair on Person A because he/she deserved the rep.

I know this seems small, but it'll prevent people from losing rep for something so little. There has to be a reason.
I agree, I've seen more than one situation like this.

p.s. your example has a mistake, you mixed between person B and A. You said B got the rep and then said it was removed from A.

As much as I sympathize with your situation, having been there myself, we cannot afford to also be holding disputes over the removal of someone’s feedback. It’s a completely unreasonable use of staff team time.
We will never be able to micro-manage people’s intentions when it comes to their use of the reputation system. What we can do, is we can ensure that the content of the feedback that they do leave, is compliant with our rules.

That's a valid reason. Didn't quite think of that.
