All of them are being reported for the same rule, 9.1.1 Do not make any claims within your review which you are not also providing conclusive evidence to prove.
This rule was added sometime in 2018 tho so its fucking everyone

If I sell discord ads or something, do I have to prove that they provide as many joins as I say they do in the thread?

The main reason reps gets removed is cause the other user is banned, you will lose your rep then nothing you can do against this.
Second thing is when they don't add valid proof of the deal, then if it gets reported the other user will change it so its valid. If they are inactive you're fucked. What is smart to do is to tell them to change it right when you receive the rep from them. The third which I don't really know much about is old rep before the new rep system. There isn't any "valid proof" cause the deals didn't need proof. So they want us to go back to 2016-2018 to find the proof, most of us wont have it cause it was most on discord. Like myself I made a new discord for 2019.

So I can sit here all day and report people's rep that's been added by someone who's banned just for the fun of it. This system really needs to get fixed...
Edit: Also, this happened to me once. One of my rep points was reported, so I had to go back into my screenshots and check all my Discord chats to find proof that I paid someone $3.
