Reputation restriction!

Restrict users who continuously put false reputation I don't want to point fingers at anyone but the only negative rep I've got is from someone who is distinctively known for giving negative rep falsely and without reason, This wouldn't make mods take any more work on.
Etc, Punishment
First offense - Warn
Second offense - Restricted temporarily
Consistently offending this rule - Mute from adding any reputation

I haven't seen anyone suggest this but if they have and it has been declined or if this is already a rule please let me know

Ye I wasn't sure since the user has so many reports and devouches for false rep but he can still add rep

Yes, I agree with this idea a few weeks ago a user kept adding false reputation to me and it was removed by staff around 3-4 times. Confused on why he wasn't banned.

Mine just got removed hope he doesn't added it again

Like Samuel said this is already a thing. Please report any neg rep you get that you feel that it is false, report it.
