Honestly, I think the rules for reputation need to be adjusted. I've seen people have neg rep for "called me stupid dndw" and such. These false neg posts can make a user look bad, just because some people want something to gripe about. I've also seen "tried to scam me" and then the user has to neg rep him for false repping. If someone tried to scam you, then open a report. I think there needs to be some serious changes in the rules for reputation

Some kid neg repped me for owning a youtube channel. He does not like the videos and that's why he repped me... It makes me sooo mad and staff will NOT remove it for some reason.

Sigh, I and many others have said it before, and I'll say it again, if you have no idea how to fix it then don't suggest it at all. Instead provide a way the site can improve the reputation system. Otherwise this thread is simply a copy of countless other threads alike; Angry user opens a suggestions thread saying the staff need to "fix" the reputation system, and many more angry users post why they don't like the negative reputation they have themselves.

If I were you, I wouldn't call reputation FALSE unless it truly was false. False reputation is defined by a violation of the reputation rules. Please, read the reputation rules found here; http://www.mc-market.org/policies/rules/

Remember, if the reputation violates a rule, report it.
If it does not, then it is valid.
Do the right thing and improve the reputation author's opinion of you, just like everyone else does. (Or should)

To everyone making reputation suggestions, keep a list of complaints nearby. There's been a hint that Mick is gonna collect all complaints in the nearby future to see if it's possible to overhaul the system without resetting it.
