Reputation System Revamp

I believe the Reputation System Rules, as it is now, is not good enough. There's a ton of people being able to provide False Reputation, as well as people who buy something for $1 and gets repped/rep.

I think that reputation rules be completely revamped, to prevent false reputation (reputation not containing useless information) (reputation that is not real). I mean, this is considered true reputation and has not yet been removed by staff.

Also, reputation reports aren't taken seriously. I've reported multiple times people repping other people for the simple reason "vouch" or "" and they're not deleted.

Community input is extremely important when making decisions, but at the end of the day, it's me that decides. The suggestion that you linked suggested to make the system "better" without providing any actual way to make it better which doesn't help at all. That suggestion could have had 1000 agrees and still wouldn't have been accepted as it was just a user complaining about the system without giving any input.

This suggestion here is the same too, saying that we need to "revamp" the rules without giving any more information about which rules or what to change them to.
