BuiltByBit should implement a reputation system or trust score to ensure user safety, not only for third-party shops advertised on the forum but also across the website itself. It sure is kind-of complex based on how the current system of the website work, but it sure is worth the implementation. Take for example (a problem), sketchy users can post a thread in https://builtbybit.com/forums/currency-conversion/ it's hard to know if they can be trusted or not, or if there are previous buyers or problems.

A reputation system currently exists. You can view more about it at https://builtbybit.com/wiki/reputation/
Yes, but it should be designed in a way that highlights the user's current feedback score. If there is an overwhelming amount of negative feedback, it could be represented by a "-" symbol, accompanied by warning icons or a label indicating a potential scammer. The same approach could be applied to positive feedback or perhaps neutral feedback.

From my perspective, this design not only makes it easy to distinguish between positive, negative, and neutral scores, but it also enhances the overall visual appeal.

This will currently happen. A (-) will be posted on the user's feedback score if they have negative reviews. We do not have warning icons or labels indicating a potential scammer as that is not always the case with feedback scores.

If a user has a negative feedback score, it will say -1 (for one score) or -2 (for two scores) and so on.

I understand, well at least highlight it red if it goes negative and green if it's positive--that is great too.
