Reputation System

I am beginning to realize that many people on here think that ratings equal reputation. Yeah, you could have 20 agree ratings but still be a scammer at heart. I believe that if we use some sort of reputation system (similar to other forums), it could be a better forum for all of us. For example, premium users and up can only +1 rep other users. This is just a thought, but I am just sick of so many people thinking that ratings equal reputation!

Bad example considering funny ratings don't count towards total xD.
Anyways I agree been hoping for some type of real "rep" system for a while. I don't think it will ever be added tbh

Interesting idea. It would be simple and there wouldn't be a way to verify the reputation is legit, but it's not a bad idea to keep it simple.

This is why I believe that only premium (and maybe only Supreme) users should be able to give reputation.

I feel like too many people make this into more of an issue than it is. The current system has no genuine problems. If you don't want to use the current rating system as a reputation system, then don't. But it is better than nothing and people will find a way to abuse any other system out there.

I like the current system and so do a lot of other people, and it should just remain the same as it is now.

God please no. People on this forum do not understand that some default users also do deals and don't scam. Just because I have not felt the need to buy a $10 rank yet should not mean I can not take place in deciding a user's reputation.

I agreed with the second statement with the +1,-1. Although as tjrgg said, it was too simplified and wouldn't verify rep. I have a current system that can indeed verify rep and create a rep system to actually benefit.
