Currently, the reputation system is a little bit misleading. I've seen some people's reputation, and some of them are full of "Vouch, nice guy" "Vouch, worked in the past", and I know the reputation is one's opinion of another. However, I believe we should have a separate section for reputation, where people can create reputation threads, and that those reputation posts should follow a set of rules, in my opinion, the following:

1) The items that were bought or sold
2) The transaction amount
3) The payment method
4) Who went first

These reputation threads should be strictly for when reputation should be added. If it was a CS:GO skin trade or if you used a middleman, no reputation should be added due to the fact that no trust was needed for the deal.

However, creating this, people will more easily see how many successful deals the user has done, where they have earned a little more trust.

Before disagreeing, please comment why you disagree.

Ah, I love it. A new member/ban evader that knows nothing about how this community works trying to implement a suggestion changing something that every member on this market has once tried to change.

This is the biggest stretch of them all. Really? Reputation threads? There's a reason no other forums have it, and that's because it's not a good idea.

Middleman involves no trust? What? The middleman verifies the product that is being sold, and if the product is verified and legitimate, that is a form of trust.

Any deals made should be put in reputation. No one on this site sells something to someone, and reps "nice guy," they rep something like "Vouch, sold [product] to him, deal went smooth and fast"
So you’ve never seen a reputation that says ”Vouch, nice guy”? Before you come with that attitude... nevermind. Don’t fucking have that attitude, it won’t get you far in life. I mean, further.

This suggestion was clearly just made because Kim wanted to get his post count up so he doesn't look suspicious.

Denied.
