Currently to provide reputation to a user, you must put in a transacted amount. It would be nice to be able to give someone positive or negative rep just for the way they acted in themselves because you may not want to pay someone based of them being toxic, aggressive etc.

You can only provide rep to someone if an amount is above 0 which I think should be removed. This allows users to more accurately rep someone.

Yea I can't leave negative rep on users I don't suggest dealing with but I didn't finish a transaction with or something which is annoying sometimes.

Not remove it entirely, but a "There wasn't an amount dealt with this user" tickbox or whatever. Good idea in principle.

I just meant remove the restriction so that you can just leave it at 0. Plus as well it means people can do vouch reps for someone if they do something for free.
