if "butthurt" users put negative reputation on a user that doesn't deserve it then they can just report it if it is invalid.

If moderators should look at all the reps coming in, then they would have no time to stuff like scam reports, support request etc.

How about like 15 Reputation Staff that deal with this that are hand-picked and trustworthy and not bias

Say what? Are you saying like moderators should view the reputation then decide if it's fake or real/worthy? Please elaborate again.

Yes staff should decide if it’s worthy of going onton a users profile

We have implemented reputation staff now, but I see no reason for us to go through and manually approve reputation when it's added. A huge majority of reputation added to users is valid, and if a user feels like it isn't we have a dope dispute process to handle it. Seems like this would just massively increase the staff's workload for very little benefit.
