Hey guys im trying to sell a $25 amazon gift card but no one will buy it because i have no reputation i offered to go first but when i did i got scammed now im trying to sell another one but no one is offering to go first how do i make my self trust worthy?

It’s a safe bet to say that 99% of users aren’t going to go first with a brand new member. You either need to become more involved in the community for people to get to know you or you need to take a chance and go first in a deal. If you really don’t feel comfortable going first you could always use a middleman.
Someone that has dealt with over $1000+ and has a significant amount of reputation has a lot more to lose than someone who has just joined and has barely made any deals.
I deal based on how much each person has to lose. If they have less to lose than you do, and they’re not reputable, use a middleman. Or go first, if they’re comfortable with it, but in your situation always use a middleman until people are comfortable with going first with you, your time till come. For example, I’ve been on this site for two years and I haven’t really had an issue with other users with going second because I don’t really have a reason to scam anyone (speaking logically here)
