[Request] - Build submission plugin.

Hi, I'm looking for a plugin for my Creative server.

In essence the idea is, a user will be able to submit a plot to be judged. The judges will then be able to look at a list of submitted plots, teleport to that user's plot via command, or via clicking the name in the list (ideally). The judges will be able to leave some feedback for the player being judged, then issue an accept or deny; in the case of an accept the user will be assigned the next rank, (i.e., checking of their current rank and then assigning the next in a list of "build" ranks). It would also be beneficial if there was a way to check the list of accepted, and denied submissions.

Additional information:

• Needs to have configurable permissions for: submitting the plot (will be assigned to players), accessing the list of all submitted plots, interacting with the accept/deny feature, leaving comments on the submission.
• Will be used with PlotSquared v6.
• Will be used with Luckperms.
• Server will be 1.18.x
• Using paper.
