[REQUEST] Custom nbt-tag for blocks

Hi there,

I'm looking to find a developer who can make me a plugin that does the following:

Command-based assign NBT-tag to a block (like a note block), even if that tag does not exist.
I want to be able to assign note 25 and up for instance to the block.
