I need a plugin that lets me customize the display name and lore lines of every item. It is kind of like Hypixel Skyblock, where they have the item rarity in the lore and the display name has the respective color of the rarity. Apart from the rarity, the plugin also need to handle enchantments. It has to work with the ExcellentEnchants plugin to display the enchants based on the tiers descendingly, with vanilla enchants at the end. All messages have to support RGB and gradient color. Here's an example:
I should have the ability to configure which item belongs to which rarity in the config. Apart from that, the plugin should have the ability to classify the item rarity based on their stats (the blue words above). The enchants should be in the small cap font, here's a generator: https://lingojam.com/MinecraftSmallFont.
EDIT: The plugin should always handle the rarity and enchanting lore even if there are existing lines in an item. If there is no “rarity” and “enchant” wordings, the plugin will attempt adding them to the item, unless it is an item from a menu.

- The part between the display name and the rarity tag is called the "lore"
- Follows by the rarity and the enchantments
