Request: PaperSpigot with SportBukkit's Knockback (Same KB every time)

So yeah, I'm asking this for free as I don't think this is hard to do, considering that's the only thing I'm asking for.

If you could add /knockback that would be good, just if it was going to be free, if not, don't add, I hope anyone has/edits PaperSpigot to add SportBukkit's Knockback.
