We are seeking a highly skilled World Generation Expert to bring our vision to life by designing and generating a unique, thematic world that will captivate our players and set the stage for an engaging survival adventure.

World Theme:
Environment: The entire overworld should be covered in snow and ice, creating a harsh, winter wonderland.
Biomes: Modify existing biomes to fit the winter theme, such as snow-covered forests, frozen plains, icy mountains, and frozen oceans.
Structures: Generate winter-themed structures like igloos, ice caves, frozen villages, and snow-covered ruins to add depth and exploration opportunities.
Key Features:
Perpetual Winter: Ensure that the entire world maintains a constant winter state with permanent snowfall and ice cover.
Terrain Generation: Create varied and realistic terrain that fits the winter theme, with rolling snowfields, towering ice peaks, and frozen rivers.
Custom Biomes: Develop custom biomes that enhance the winter survival experience, each with unique features and resources.
Resource Distribution: Balance resource distribution to ensure players have access to essential materials while maintaining the challenge of survival in a frozen environment.
