You might want to add more details, instead of only '4GB Server'
Are you paying for it? Do you want a free server? If so what does the host get in return, what kind of server will it be. Do you already have a playerbase, or are you starting from scratch?
Take some time to make a great looking post if you expect hosts to give you something for free.

I'd recommend anvilnode.com Anvilnode or mpgservers.com Ian.D currently as we've had the pleasure of speaking to both these companies and have heard a lot of good things from people in the community, take a look at both and I'm sure you'll decide on one.
Note: I'm not saying other hosts are not good or bad, this is based on experience with them/hosts.
