Requested Accounts Section

Hey,

I think there should be a "requested account" section where people can post accounts that they're looking for (Minecon Cape Accounts with ranks, OGs with ranks, OGs with Minecon Cape Accounts, etc). It would just go in the Minecraft Account section. Thanks!

This has been suggested and. denied several times in the past. Adding in a requesting section would essentially allow users to bypass the need to have their username associated to their MC-Market account.
