[Requested] What do you want to see in a Web Template?

Hello there, MC-Market! My name is Miles, founder of the Gigabyte Web Development Team.
I have a whole bunch of templates coming out soon, but I need your opinion.

What do you want in a web template?
Instead of assuming this time, post what you would buy. This can range from preferences, color scheme, modules, live pinging, etc. This template would probably be $5 - $10, so go off of that!

I know one thing when I have had commissions ppl ask "Can I edit it Easily, I don't know HTML"...

so that + documentation for it out your ears!

Clean, customizable, no public resources(icons and stuff, seriously stop using the bootstrap set), unique, capable control panel, easily edited, etc.

When you're selling template you're not only competing with "mc" web devs, you're competing with all web devs and they offer a huge amount of stuff for their prices(full panels, swappable themes, heavy customization, UNIQUE resources). If the only thing you have going for you is the price tag, it's not going to go so great.

You barely even need to know html... you just change the text in the <p> and heading tags...

I thought I said you barely even know html lol.

That's what I saw also, lol... adding to this as long as users know how to read through it to look out for the <p> tags to edit content and <!-- --> & /* */ comment tags most can edit wording and colours 'easily'
