Requesting 1-2/3 Compatible Faction Server Devs/Configers

I'll start this post by stating the following. Recently one of our developers, due to more then one reason, had to leave us. So, we'll be looking for a replacement configurator & developer.
The more you know, the better.

Server name: CitrusPVP

Server information: 1.7-1.8.9 faction server. Basic standards of custom enchantments, tinkerer, dust, custom sets/weapons/tools, auction house, blacksmith, gambling/jackpot additions, spawners + custom mob drops + mob head drops, custom TNT & creeper eggs & more.

We are looking for more long term workers and do not want to work with teams as that is a different hassle in itself. Please do not offer us anything besides what we are requiring.
If you will not be available long term (3-6+ months) then please do not contact.

What we personally require:
-15-20+
-Paypal for payment
-Willing to sign NDA (With parents around if underage) about certain things we do not want leaked
-Able to work & show proof of work + good quality and not half-fasted
-Experience in JAVA/Configuration of factions
-Experience in knowing what factions is
-Able to provide a schedule on if you can work on server/real life work/other online work/school or personal time off & vacations
-Discord with working mic
-Can at least understand basic English
-Confirming your Discord to your MCM account

What has to be done:
-KOTH loot / loot table
-OUTPOST build pasting + loot + loot table
-Envoy & Mega envoy configuration compatible with warzones + loot table
-Testing of raiding with custom TNT & Creeper eggs VS spawners/bases/sand & regen walls
-Making of custom sets with different abilities, same goes for weapons (and testing)
-There is more then this to be done & the work will be shared with our other developer Yohhan/Null

Payment:
Payment will be done VIA paypal. Willing to pay 50/50 if provided with good portfolio, time schedule, vouches & so on.
-Will NOT pay F&F via paypal TOS
-Payment amount will be agreed on in DMs/Discord

Factions is dying, the community is beyond toxic.

It's not worth the investment nor time anymore.

I'm not trying to revive it but I'm trying to introduce different players to the gamemod as if its new.
