[Requesting 1.7 potions in 1,8]

Title says it all. But If you're still confused, I'm looking for someone to either link me to a plugin that does this or can create this for me.

I've seen it done in the past, and I already know of a few plugins that do this but they're all out dated. I need 1.7-1.7.10 potion effects in 1.8. So if I was using a 1.8 client, and I drank a potion it would give the effects from 1.7 era, instead of the 1.8 era.

If you are a developer, tell me how much you'd expect from me. I'm not saying I'm going to buy it definitely, I just want a quote & how long it would take to code.

i just pvped on 1.8 and pvping is so stupid it like doesnt throw the pot u got to press like multiple times. it like blocks instead.
